The design and manufacture of complete gas trailers in cooperation with leading vehicle manufacturers is also part of our supply program. We propose road-approved articulated trailers pre-equipped with gas cylinder bundles, composite tanks or large-volume tanks for the transport of compressed gas in compliance with GGVS and ADR.

Trailer system

Here we use both steel and composite tanks. They are fastened on the vehicle frame perpendicular to the travel direction in a honeycomb configuration with rubber spacer pads. Easily accessible piping and simple assembly methods enable the creation of a highly versatile and cost-effective global system.

For the transport of hydrogen, 295 tanks are fitted to the trailer. Total volume: approx. 25,000 litres. Particularly high storage capacities are attained with “composite tanks”. 240 units provide a total volume of approx. 39,600 litres. Operating pressure: 200 bar.
